Village of Enon

When the local government of the Village of Enon wanted to redesign their website, they partnered with Antistatic to lead them through the process.

The Village of Enon's website was long overdue for a complete overhaul. The previous site was controlled by a third party vendor who required all changes to go through their support desk. Over time this publishing bottleneck, along with the aging website design and lack of usability led the Village council to consider a website redesign.

After a lengthy vetting process, Antistatic was selected to lead the Village of Enon through the process. We met with their government task force to identify their goals, strategy and create the information architecture of the new website. Once these were set, we created user interface wireframes for the key pages of the website. From there, polished user interface design concepts were explored and after design approval, everything was built on Craft CMS. The Craft content management system allows their staff to easily add or edit content without knowing code or submitting support tickets when a change is needed.

Though our Government organization selected their proposal as the best value amongst several quality proposals, we had no idea how GREAT a value that would be. Their outstanding ability to work with us in designing the web site - and integrating their own experience, initiative, and innovation - led to the implementation and release of our government web site which exceeded even our highest expectations. Additionally, related to a technical issue of transferring ownership of all previous web site properties and data, there were multiple challenges. However, Antistatic - and specifically their President Mark Wells - spent multiple hours researching, communicating, and acting on a myriad of issues, resolutely resolving the issue with minimal involvement by us, their Government Client. If any public or private sector organization needs assistance in developing and branding a web site, you will find none better that Antistatic Design!
