We partnered with The Site Group and led them through our discovery, information architecture, and the user experience design process before building the website on a content management system that allows them to add new projects to their portfolio easily. Their website continually ranks among the highest organic website results within their region’s industry and they have seen an increase in leads and steady growth from the exposure the website brings. In addition, we’ve assisted The Site Group on an ongoing basis to help improve and optimize their site for organic and paid searches, because a website is never finished. This ongoing SEO strategy and Google Adwords work has helped propel their business and fill their pipeline.

Site Group Customer Reports

Not long after the new website was launched, the Site Group asked if we could help them tackle another problem - to ditch their paper work in the field. Each time one of their advisors visit a site, they are required to complete various forms and reports which are provided to the customer and stored for future records. We helped explore opportunities to streamline their processes and introduce digital strategies that would simplify their workflow, save them time, and add value for their customers. The end result was a web-based reporting tool built into their website, secured behind a password protected area for their employees only. Now when an advisor visits a customer’s residence or site, they simply login from their phone or tablet and complete the required form. The data is then stored for their records and a stylized report is emailed to the client that outlines the work completed, any recommendations, upcoming lawn care or additional services they should consider. The introduction of this tool met with rave reviews from their customers who appreciate the report and are continually impressed with the work for The Site Group. From a business perspective, The Site Group has seen tremendous growth on this side of their business and we’re thrilled to have a part.

Site Group Training & Testing

After we helped The Site Group with the custom reporting tool, they came to us with another challenge. How could we help them train their employees more effectively and provide a resource that could be used in the field as questions arose? To accomplish this, we further expanded the secure area of their website to include their library of training manuals in a responsive format so that it works beautifully on phones, tablets and laptops. We even took it a step further and introduced an online testing tool for their employees to complete relating to each section of the training manual. This ensures that all their employees have completed the required training before entering the field and also provides a refresher course for seasoned employees.
