Chard Snyder, a Cincinnati-based third-party administrator for employee benefit solutions, started as a small enterprise administering Section 125 flexible benefit plans. Today, Chard Snyder provides employee benefit solutions to more than 1,200 employers throughout North America, across various industries. As their business grew and expanded, their website was starting to show it's age and was in need of an overhaul. As Chard Snyder rebranded, it provided the ideal environment for a website redesign.
We led their management team through several discovery and strategy sessions to outline the goals and directives for the website. This understanding helped us form a usable and scalable information architecture that will grow and expand with their business. We provided several design concepts, and upon refinement and approval, we built the responsive website on ExpressionEngine for easy content management.
