River Valley Pediatricians, Inc. (RVPI) exists to support its membership of independent pediatric practices. To accomplish this, RVPI provides its members with discounts, group buying power, educational programs and discussion groups for all levels of a physician's practice. As healthcare continues to change, RVPI wanted to adapt their communications to better serve their members. They enlisted our help and we held several collaborative sessions to outline their member's needs and a forge a new framework for communications and interaction.
The result of this work is a brand new communications plan centered around their new website. While the public side of the new website is only 3 pages, once a member signs-in there are literally hundreds of pages of information they can access ranging from latest news, shared information from other members, presentations, meetings notes, and the latest healthcare education resources. We designed and built the new website on the powerful content mangement system – ExpressionEngine to allow the staff to maintain their content and manage their member database. The new website is also completely repsonsive, allowing users to have the best experience no matter what device they use.
Homepage Design
The new homepage informs non-members of River Valley Pediatricians' offerings and provides pathways for members to login or non-members to get in contact.
Dashboard Design
Once a member logs in, the dashboard screen provides the latest information from news to upcoming events and other helpful items.
